Shift Timer and Time Efficiency

Each shift has a suggested time. The timer doesn't block you, but it measures your completion efficiency as part of the final score.

Running State
The counter is running normally within the shift's allotted time.
Warning State
A visual banner appears when the time is about to run out to remind you to finalize your decision and notes.
After Time's Up
You can still submit with a "Submit Anyway" button — you are not blocked from completing the shift.

Time Efficiency Score

  • Constitutes 10% of the shift's final grade.
  • Best score when finishing within 10–50% of the time; submitting very early or after time's up lowers this part.
  • Timing data (allotted time, elapsed time, completion status) is recorded with every attempt.
  • Verification is done server-side to prevent manipulation and ensure fair evaluation.

Leaving a ticket mid-run

If you leave a ticket mid-run you have 5 minutes to return, and the timer keeps running. After that this ticket locks for 30 minutes, then 2 hours, then 6 hours within 24 hours.

Don't rush just to earn the time score — the quality of your decision and analyst notes make up the largest portion of your evaluation.
