By using ShiftZero, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the platform.

ShiftZero is a hands-on training platform that simulates cybersecurity shifts and work scenarios. It helps users practice reading tickets, reviewing evidence, making decisions, and reading reviews that help improve their thinking.

For clarity:

• ShiftZero is a training and simulation tool only.
• It is not a real production security operations (SOC) platform.
• It is not an accredited certification body.
• It does not guarantee getting a job or career promotion.

Using ShiftZero requires signing in with a google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and not sharing your sign-in details with others.

• Each account is personal and tied to a single user.
• Access may be suspended in case of misuse.
• The platform team may temporarily restrict access for operational reasons.

ShiftZero must be used for legitimate educational and training purposes only.

Allowed examples:

• Solving training tickets.
• Reading reviews of your attempts.
• Tracking progress within specializations.
• Sharing your public profile if you choose to enable it.

Prohibited examples:

• Attempting to exploit the platform or bypass permissions.
• Using the content to direct harmful or illegal activity.
• Sharing your account without authorization.
• Copying or republishing ticket or review content without permission.
• Attempting to access other users' data.
• Abusing the feedback or comments system.

Tickets and reviews within ShiftZero are designed for educational purposes. Some reviews may rely on automated or AI-assisted evaluation systems, so they should be considered a training and assistance tool, not a final judgment of a user's abilities.

• Scores are educational indicators, not a formal professional assessment.
• Automated reviews may not be perfect in all cases.
• Use feedback as guidance for learning and development.

ShiftZero may allow users to enable a public profile that shows some progress indicators and achievements. Enabling the public profile is optional, and users can disable it from their profile settings.

• The public profile does not show your detailed answers or private notes.
• Your rank on the analysts leaderboard is for motivation only and may change over time.
• The platform team may disable the public profile in case of rule violations.

ShiftZero Pro is a recurring subscription processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, renewing automatically monthly or annually depending on the selected plan. You can cancel at any time; cancellation and refund terms are set out in full in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. The free plan remains available at no cost.

All text, tickets, designs, reviews, branding, and educational materials within ShiftZero are owned by or licensed to the platform, and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission.

ShiftZero provides an educational training experience. We do not guarantee that using the platform will lead to a job, certification, promotion, or specific career outcome. We also do not guarantee the platform will be completely free of errors.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue some features or access to the platform at any time, in order to improve quality or protect the system or users.

We may suspend or terminate access if the platform is used in violation of these terms or in a way that may harm the platform or its users.
