Daily Shift
A ticket suggested daily on your dashboard, selected by the platform based on your active track and attempt history.
Smart Selection
It prioritizes tickets from your active track, then specializations you've previously attempted.
No Repeats
The platform avoids tickets you've already solved whenever possible; if new tickets run out, they are re-suggested.
Tomorrow's Shift
Once you complete today's shift, the card changes to "Tomorrow's Shift" to hint at the next ticket.
Email reminder
- Sent to anyone with at least 3 completed shifts and activity in the last 30 days.
- Once a day at a fixed time, skipped if you already completed a shift that day.
- It pauses after 7 reminders with no activity.
- Manage it in Settings → Notifications.
The Daily Shift is not mandatory — it's a suggestion to make choosing your next ticket easier. You can always pick any ticket from any room.
