Public Profile

You can enable a public profile that showcases your shifts and level—a ready-to-share link for your resume.

  • Turn it on in Settings → Privacy. It is off by default, and turning it off hides you from the leaderboard and the analyst community.
  • It displays your name, photo, the rooms you've participated in, and your top achievements.
  • The link is in the format /u/your-handle — shareable on LinkedIn or your professional portfolio.
  • It doesn't reveal details of specific tickets, only general performance indicators.
After a sufficient number of shifts, enable your public profile—it's practical proof of your thinking as an analyst, not just a certificate.
