The goal of ShiftZero is to develop your real skills as a cybersecurity analyst. That's why we use automated checks after each ticket submission to ensure that your decisions and notes reflect your own thinking.
Minimum Time
Finishing a ticket unrealistically fast counts as abnormal speed, with a 60% score reduction.
AI-Generated Text Detection
Heuristic analysis of notes: excessively long texts, overly structured lists, and phrases like "Based on" or "In conclusion" raise the suspicion flag.
Escalating Penalties
- First time: 30% score reduction.
- Second time: 60% score reduction + critical alert.
- Third time: score voided and a 24-hour suspension.
Tamper Protection
Even if client-side tampering occurs, checks are re-run on the server during shift evaluation—the suspension system cannot be bypassed by local modifications.
